With a focus on taking quality and customer service to a higher level of excellence, Gaming Laboratories International has appointed Peter Wolff, head of global technical compliance.
Wolf has more than a decade of experience in this position, where he will focus on technological advancements within the gaming industry to support regulators in jurisdictions around the world, including key contact roles for GLI’s multiple state and tribal regulators. Wolf will also guide GLI’s global engineering group on regulatory technical questions and issues for improving process efficiency.
In addition, it will play an important role in the company’s procedures and local office government audits, such as closely monitoring the quality process at all of its offices, both domestic and international. This will ensure that customers are constantly up to date with GLI’s rigorous testing standards and are constantly up to date with their quality objectives. Wolff will also oversee GLI University, GLI’s famous education and training department.
Wolff’s new role is part of a company-wide transformation that delivers a more agile and responsive global team focused on improving the customer experience.

Wolf currently oversees a focused team of subject matter experts on a wide range of new technologies, including sports betting systems, iGaming, esports, cloud-based computing, cryptography, blockchain technology, technology-based games, artificial intelligence, and big data.
